What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in make-to-order production. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is approximately 15 - 20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25 - 30 days, depending on various order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the process to meet urgent needs if necessary.

What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We embrace a wide array of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, among others.
We usually require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due after your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.

Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire for more details.

Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.

How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries are designed to last between 2000 and 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 - 10 years.

How do I install your batteries?
Each battery comes with complimentary ring terminals, allowing seamless connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.

Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to direct sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
