What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a make-to-order factory. Typically, sample orders take 15-20 days, while batch orders require 25-30 days, depending on order size and capacity. We can expedite lead times if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We support major trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
A minimum 30% advance payment is required to process your order, with the remaining 70% due upon acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping by sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request longer warranty periods. Please inquire about our 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a Thermal Management System controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System) to prevent usage at extremely high or low temperatures. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000-5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of use.
How do I install your batteries?
All batteries come with free ring terminals for connecting to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, which is not covered under warranty.
